AIRO Nord-Drone JV Aims to Boost Combat Drone Production Amid Rising Demand

AIRO Group Holdings and Nord-Drone LLC have formed a joint venture, AIRO Nord-Drone LLC, to accelerate the supply of combat drones amid rising demand. The venture will merge AIRO's US manufacturing capabilities with NDG's combat-tested technologies and European production capacity, focusing on rapidly producing and deploying drones aligned with current US and NATO defense directives. The joint venture plans to serve the US, Ukraine, NATO member states, and additional agreed-upon territories.
