Beyond Air CFO Doug Larson Resigns to Pursue Other Opportunity

Beyond Air announced the resignation of CFO Doug Larson, who will continue to serve through December 5, 2025. Larson will be succeeded on an interim basis by Controller Duke Drewell, and a permanent replacement will be sought. Larson will serve in an advisory role through year-end to support a smooth transition. His departure is not due to any disagreements with the company.
