AI Agents Revolutionize Web3 at ETHDenver 2025
AI agents took center stage at ETHDenver 2025, with Hedera and Olas showcasing their innovative solutions in the web3 space. The event highlighted different approaches to how AI could transform Web3, making blockchain more accessible and efficient.
Hedera, a prominent player in the web3 space, demonstrated its Agent Kit SDK, which simplifies blockchain interactions using natural language prompts. Jake Hall, Hedera's developer relations lead, acknowledged the current user experience challenges in Web3 and presented a solution that enables users to create tokens, distribute airdrops, and check balances without needing to understand Solidity or manage gas fees. The company is incentivizing AI agent project development with $25,000 in bounties, including a $15,000 prize for the top project.
Olas, another key player, focused on multi-agent systems and economies. Minarsch, the presenter, emphasized the significance of large language models and agent wallets in recent years. Olas has created the largest AI agent economy in crypto, with over 4 million agent transactions, including 2 million between agents. The company has also completed over 50% of all Safe transactions on the GNOSIS chain. Minarsch differentiated between cooperative specialized agent swarms and broader agent economies with competitive elements.
The presentations by Hedera and Olas at ETHDenver 2025 highlighted the potential of AI agents in transforming Web3, making it more user-friendly and efficient. As the web3 space continues to evolve, AI agents are poised to play a crucial role in shaping its future.
