Agilyx, ExxonMobil, and LyondellBasell have agreed to split up ownership of two planned circularity centers in Texas. Agilyx will fully own the Dallas-Fort Worth center, while ExxonMobil and LyondellBasell will jointly own the Houston center. The move is part of a "mutual, strategic realignment" following Agilyx's restructuring announcement earlier this month. The circularity centers aim to source, collect, and process all types of plastics to create feedstocks for chemical and mechanical recycling customers.
