FedEx Freight's door count in the Indianapolis market will increase from 252 to 377 with the opening of this new terminal. The company plans to hire for various roles, including drivers, freight handlers, operations leadership, fleet maintenance technicians, and other support positions [1].

FedEx Freight is in the process of becoming its own publicly traded company following a spinoff from FedEx. The company is expected to become a stand-alone entity by June 2026, with John A.
