Nautical Ventures, a subsidiary of Vision Marine Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:VMAR), has announced a partnership with Shaun Torrente Racing (STR) for the 2025 Offshore Super Stock Series. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in integrating high-performance racing with the enthusiastic community of Nautical Ventures. The partnership will see Shaun Torrente, a multiple UIM World Champion and XCAT World Champion, team up with driver Matt Jamniczky aboard a custom STR Powerboat, carrying Nautical Ventures branding throughout the U.S. season. The collaboration kicks off at the Sheboygan, Wisconsin Grand Prix, running from August 8 to 10.

Vision Marine Technologies, a pioneer in high-voltage electric marine propulsion, has expanded its sales and service network on the East Coast through the acquisition of Nautical Ventures Group. Nautical Ventures, with nine locations across Florida, has sold and rigged over 1,900 Mercury outboards since 2020. The partnership with STR is more than a sponsorship; it is a strong collaboration rooted in real alignment and shared passion. Shaun Torrente previously collaborated with Vision Marine to achieve a historic 116 mph electric speed record at the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout, showcasing how innovation and adrenaline can go hand in hand.
