ADC Therapeutics (NYSE: ADCT) announced the completion of enrollment in its LOTIS-7 Phase 1b clinical trial, which evaluates ZYNLONTA® in combination with glofitamab for patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (r/r DLBCL). The trial, which enrolled 100 patients at the selected 150 µg/kg dose of ZYNLONTA plus glofitamab, is now expected to report full data by the end of 2026.

Earlier updates from the trial showed promising results, with an overall response rate (ORR) of 89.8% and a complete response (CR) rate of 77.6% among 49 efficacy-evaluable patients with at least six months of follow-up. The safety profile of the combination remained manageable, with no dose-limiting toxicities reported in earlier phases.

The company has emphasized that the full data from LOTIS-7 will be shared at a medical meeting and submitted for publication by year-end 2026. These results will be critical for evaluating the potential of the ZYNLONTA-glofitamab combination as best-in-class regimen for 2L+ DLBCL patients.

ADC Therapeutics also reported first-quarter 2026 financial results, with net product revenue reaching $20.0 million and cash and cash equivalents totaling $231.0 million as of March 31, 2026. The company anticipates its cash runway extending into 2028, supported by recent financing activities and cost management initiatives.

With the full LOTIS-7 data expected in Q4 2026, investors will be closely watching for further validation of the combination therapy’s efficacy and safety, which could influence regulatory and commercial strategies for ZYNLONTA in the treatment of B-cell malignancies.
