A1R WATER valued at $419mln, led by Inflection Point Asset Management.

A1R WATER, a water farm and bottling plant operator, is being valued at a pro forma enterprise value of $419 million in a proposed transaction. The deal includes a fully committed PIPE investment of $63.5 million, led by Inflection Point Asset Management. The transaction will be used to expand A1R WATER's USA business, including a second US-based water farm.
