$7.5M Revolving Credit Facility for National Home Health Care Corp.

National HMO (N.Y.) Inc., Health Acquisition Corp., New England Home Care, Inc., Accredited Health Services, Inc., Medical Resources Home Health Corp., and Connecticut Staffing Works Corp. have entered into a credit agreement with Bank of America, N.A. for a $7,500,000 revolving credit facility. The agreement includes definitions, credit facility terms, indemnity provisions, and yield protection.
