The process looks to companies with a competitive advantage, have positive and improving cashflow, and a strong management team with a proven track record for value creation. The fund selects companies considered to have superior earnings growth and whose shares are trading at attractive valuation. Roughly 35-45 holdings are expected to be held in the portfolio.
