LNGX seeks to provide exposure to U.S. companies with pureplay exposure to the Natural Gas and Natural Gas Liquids ("NGLs") value-chain. Targeted companies include those engaged in the exploration, production, and initial processing of Natural Gas and NGLs ("upstream"), as well as transportation, storage, processing, offshore exports, and liquefaction infrastructure that processes LNG for export ("midstream"). The fund aims to deliver access to the U.S. natural gas supply chain as a subset of the broader oil & gas industry, with upstream inclusion based on the proportion of proven reserves attributable to Natural Gas and NGLs, and midstream inclusion based on revenues attributable to Natural Gas and NGLs.
