The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in investments that provide exposure to large capitalization companies that have value characteristics. Bluemonte typically targets companies that are attractive from an overall valuation perspective and tend to have slightly higher dividend yields and income generation potential than the rest of the market. By targeting these companies, Bluemonte seeks to provide a more resilient investment base than most of the large-cap space.
