Southern Score Secures RM180mil Hospital Contract, Boosts FY27 PAT Forecasts

Southern Score Builders Bhd's growth prospects are expected to be driven by its increasing data center order book and robust order book visibility from existing anchor clients. The company recently secured a RM180mil contract for a private hospital development in Melaka, its largest single contract win in 2026. Assuming a 15% net profit margin, the contract is expected to contribute around RM27mil to the company's profit after tax in FY27. This latest win extends the company's construction segment into the healthcare infrastructure vertical and lifts its outstanding order book to RM1.6bil, providing earnings visibility until FY29.
