SOLV Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: MWH) has completed an upsized initial public offering (IPO) at a price of $36.00 per share, exceeding the initial price range of $22.00 to $25.00 per share previously announced. The offering included 23,575,000 shares of Class A common stock, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase an additional 3,075,000 shares. The company raised approximately $848.7 million in gross proceeds, significantly higher than the previously estimated $589.4 million.

The IPO was led by Jefferies and J.P. Morgan as joint lead book-running managers, with additional participation from multiple underwriters, including Baird, UBS Investment Bank, and Roth Capital Partners. The company has listed its shares on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “MWH.”

SOLV Energy, a provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, has built more than 500 power plants and provides operations and maintenance services to 146 operating power plants. The company plans to repay outstanding indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
