Radiopharm's RAD101 Phase 2b Data Selected for SNO26 Presentation; Stock Jumps

Radiopharm Theranostics' (RADX) Phase 2b trial data on 18F-RAD101 for recurrent brain metastases has been selected for a late-breaking oral presentation at the Society of Neuro-Oncology annual meeting. The trial, targeting fatty acid synthase, showed 93% concordance between RAD101 PET and MRI across evaluable lesions, meeting the primary endpoint. Preliminary results also demonstrated substantial tumor uptake and an 86% sensitivity in identifying recurrent disease among 14 patients with evaluable follow-up data or biopsies. RADX stock is up in response to the positive data.
