Ondas Acquires GATE and Bron for $205mln, Expands Precision-Strike Tech

Ondas Inc. acquired GATE Technologies and Bron Technologies for $205 million, expanding its precision-strike platform with electronic safe & arm and fuze technology. GATE specializes in ESADs and electronic fuzing solutions integrated into dozens of weapon systems, including UAVs, loitering munitions, and missiles. The acquisition adds a critical layer to Ondas' precision-strike technology stack, with NATO-based, non-ITAR production in Poland, and expands its access to U.S. and European programs. The acquired business is expected to contribute more than $130 million of aggregate Adjusted EBITDA through 2028.
