Nova Klúbburinn hf. purchased 18.405.000 shares in itself, representing 5.34% of the maximum to be bought under the buyback plan. The purchase price was ISK 70.783.800, or 12.87% of the maximum amount to be spent. The company now holds 18.405.000 shares, or 0.534% of the total shares of 3.447.374.756. The buyback plan is in effect until the company's annual meeting in 2027, unless the maximum buyback condition is met earlier or a decision is made to terminate it. The buyback is in line with the law on stock companies nr. 2/1995 and the European Parliament and Council Regulation (ESB) nr. 596/2014 on market abuse.
