Mobilize Financial Services Prices €1.25B Dual-Tranche Bond Issue

Mobilize Financial Services, a subsidiary of Renault Group, has launched a dual-tranche bond issue in euros, raising €1.25 billion. The issue includes a €750 million bond maturing in 2031 with a 4.625% coupon and a €500 million bond maturing in 2033 with a 5.00% coupon. The dual-tranche bond offering was well-received by investors, attracting significant demand from over 110 accounts and 90 investors.
