The company’s cash position as of March 31, 2026, stood at $13.8 million, reflecting continued strong cash flow from operations. Revenue distribution showed Europe accounting for 63% of total revenues, with the Americas contributing 32%, and the rest of the world 5%. By product segment, customer care and billing software accounted for 44% of revenues, enterprise messaging for 34%, and enterprise UC analytics software for 22%.
Ariel Glassner, CEO of Mind CTI, noted that the company is navigating a challenging market environment marked by price pressures and customer churn. One major customer has indicated it will not renew its contract, which is expected to negatively impact future revenues. Despite these challenges, the company continues to invest in cloud, 5G, and AI capabilities to enhance its offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
The company’s capital allocation strategy remains focused on maintaining financial flexibility, with shift to share repurchase program in 2025. As of the end of Q1 2026, the company had repurchased shares under this program, reflecting its commitment to returning value to shareholders.
