Interactive strength Q2 revenue USD 6.6 million
Interactive Strength Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNR) reported second-quarter revenue of $1.2 million for the period ending June 30, 2025, according to financial results released on August 14. This figure reflects a net loss of $2.2 million, or $2.13 per diluted share, and an Adjusted EBITDA loss of approximately $1.7 million (non-GAAP). The company noted that these results exclude the recently acquired Wattbike business and the pending acquisition of Sportstech, which, if included, would have increased second-quarter revenue to approximately $17 million.
Interactive Strength also disclosed its strategic investment in digital assets, acquiring 29.6 million FET tokens by the end of the second quarter, with a cumulative purchase of 67.4 million FET tokens valued in excess of $50 million. The company has raised its full-year 2025 pro forma revenue guidance to more than $80 million, driven by the performance of Sportstech and the TRNR + Wattbike platform. The company reiterated its expectation to achieve Adjusted EBITDA profitability in the fourth quarter of 2025.
