Hyperscale Data, Inc. (NYSE American: GPUS) has reduced its Bitcoin holdings following a recent sale of approximately 100 Bitcoin (BTC), leaving the company with roughly 275 BTC in its treasury as of August 14, 2026. The proceeds from the sale were allocated toward the development of its Michigan AI data center campus, which is part of expand its high-performance computing infrastructure.

Previously, the company reported holding approximately 1,087.4527 BTC, valued at around $70.3 million as of July 19, 2026. However, the recent monetization of 100 BTC reflects a strategic shift in asset allocation, as the company seeks to leverage its Bitcoin reserves for capital expenditures while maintaining a credit facility that allows it to borrow against its remaining holdings.

The company has also announced a variable-rate credit facility tied to its remaining Bitcoin holdings, with interest rates expected to range between 4.5% and 5%. This approach aims to provide non-equity financing options and reduce reliance on share issuance.

Hyperscale Data continues to operate its data center through its subsidiary Sentinum and is preparing for divestiture of Ault Capital Group (ACG) in the second quarter of 2027. Investors are encouraged to review the company’s public filings for further details on its financial strategy and risk factors.
