FedEx Unveils Digital Tools for Navigating Trade Complexity

FedEx has launched a new suite of digital tools, Global Trade Navigator, to help businesses navigate international shipping complexities, including tariffs, customs requirements, and trade regulations. The tools provide visibility into duties, taxes, and customs requirements before shipment, and include a trade planner, HS code look-up, duty and tax estimates, and reporting capabilities. The carrier aims to make international shipping more predictable and accessible to businesses and consumers. The tools come as the US and EU have eliminated de minimis exemptions for low-value commercial shipments, adding duties to qualifying items.
