Michael Dell's family office, DFO Management, is close to a $7.7 billion deal to take private Baldwin Insurance Group at $32.50 per share, a 10% premium over Friday's closing price. The insurance brokerage, valued at $4.14 billion, posted 30% revenue growth in Q2 2026 and 14% adjusted diluted EPS growth YoY. Sequence Holdings, backed by 8VC, Conviction, and Lux Capital, is leading the transaction alongside DFO Management.
