ANV closes purchase of Iris Insurance Brokers

ANV Group Holdings Ltd. has completed the acquisition of Iris Insurance Brokers Ltd., a London-based insurance intermediary, following regulatory approval. The transaction, initially announced on March 19, 2026, closed in the second quarter of 2026 as expected. The acquisition enhances ANV’s presence in the UK insurance market by expanding its distribution capabilities through Iris’ Blink Intermediary Solutions platform and strengthening its Lloyd’s position.

Iris operates across three core segments: Lloyd’s wholesale brokerage, Blink Intermediary Solutions, and Vivid Underwriters, an MGA incubator launched in 2025. The acquisition aligns with ANV’s strategic focus on growing its MGA portfolio and expanding its entrepreneurial approach to insurance distribution. Iris’ Blink platform provides access to a large network of UK retail brokers, while Vivid supports digital-focused MGA development.

Mark Hutley, Managing Director at Iris, noted that the acquisition offers opportunities for scaling Iris’ operations and accelerating MGA incubator growth under ANV’s global infrastructure. The integration of Iris into ANV’s platform is expected to enhance insurance product client service across the UK and beyond.
