Amaze Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: AMZE) has announced the appointment of Joel Krutz as its interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), according to a recent SEC filing. Krutz’s appointment as CFO was previously disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on December 18, 2025. The filing outlines Krutz’s extensive financial and operational leadership experience across public companies in media, technology, and digital infrastructure.

Krutz, who will assume the role of interim CEO, brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience, including roles as CFO and COO at Crown Electrokinetics Corp. and as CFO of Paramount International. His responsibilities as CFO include leading financial operations, capital planning, and long-term financial strategy. The transition follows the departure of the previous interim CFO, Keith Johnson, who will step down on December 31, 2025.

Krutz’s compensation package includes an initial base salary of $400,000, performance-based bonuses, and 586,085 restricted stock units (RSUs) under the Company’s 2021 Equity Incentive Plan. The RSUs will vest over three years, with one-third vesting on the first anniversary of the grant date and the remainder vesting in equal monthly installments thereafter.

The appointment of Krutz as interim CEO reflects Amaze’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership team as it advances its strategic roadmap and expands its global creator commerce platform.
