When china markets are open?

The Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) is open for trading on weekdays, with the exception of public holidays and other closing days declared by the Exchange in advance. The SSE market will be closed on the days listed below for 2023:

1. New Year's Day - January 1 (Sunday) to January 2 (Monday)

2. Chinese New Year - January 21 (Saturday) to January 29 (Sunday)

3. Qingming Festival (also known as Tomb-Sweeping Day) - April 5 (Wednesday)

4. Chinese Labor Day - April 29 (Saturday) to May 3 (Wednesday), plus April 23 (Sunday) and May 6 (Saturday)

5. Dragon Boat Festival - June 22 (Thursday) to June 25 (Sunday)

6. Mid-Autumn Festival and China's National Day - September 29 (Friday) to October 8 (Sunday)

Please note that the trading hours for the Shanghai Stock Exchange are from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm China Standard Time (GMT+08:00).
